For standard and typical applications. 10 gauge Carbon Steel is the standard material of construction, however Stainless Steel and other exotic metals are available to suit any application. The housing shell is reinforced to a standard 20" w.g. design, with options available for up to and beyond 200" w.g. construction.

Suited to the lower end of the air volume ranges, it is primarily used in the 100 – 25000 cfm air volume range.

Filters come in a variety of fabrics and finishes to suit various process conditions. Bottom access filters are standard while top removable filters are available as required.

Completely assembled Dust Collectors are pre piped with the support structures and service platforms shop assembled. This allows for a single lift during installation, saving valuable crane and crew time.

Standard paint finish is one coat of primer, plus two coats of machinery enamel, other types of finishes are available to suit the toughest field conditions.

Food Grade and High temperature construction are available upon request.
