The filter media is folded to form pleats, therefore more filter area can fit into a given amount of space. The application would dictate the number of pleats and air to cloth ratio. Filters are changed from outside the filter housing, no confined space permits or consideration required.

Modular in design, the cfm range is 100 cfm and up. The filters can be mounted in a vertical or horizontal position.

Filters come in a variety of fabrics and finishes to suit various process conditions. Food Grade and High Temperature Construction are available upon request. On-demand cleaning is available for this model line.

Completely assembled Dust Collectors are shipped pre piped with the support structures and service platforms shop assembled, with the filters installed. When they arrive, they are ready to be connected to a compressed air and power supply.

Standard paint finish is one coat of primer, and then two coats of machinery enamel, other types of finishes are available to suit the toughest applications.
